After spending a decade coaching women, 3 pregnancies and training as a birthing doula; pregnancy, postpartum and challenges that come with just being a woman is something Sam understands intimately. After navigating all of this, Sam wanted something different for herself, and now on the other side, knows the gaping hole for women trying to navigate the complexities of motherhood.  Hi, I’m Sam

Hi, my name is Sam and I'm incredibly excited to support you on your journey. I'm a mother of 3 beautiful girls and a wife to an amazing husband. My passion and life have been about connecting with people, particularly women. From my own experience and that of many women, an enjoyable pregnancy, an empowered birth and a strong recovery is not just good luck but is the culmination of a support team dedicated to your vision. By honouring birth and motherhood as the transformative and spiritual events that they are, we begin to experience these things in a much different way, which also paves the way for a strong recovery and evolution of the new version of yourself.

As a coach, my role is foremost about YOU. This can be prenatal, for your birth, postpartum or all stages down the track. Drawing from my own experience as a mother I work with you to navigate the physical, mental, emotional and of course logistical challenges you face.

When we can work together

PRE-NATAL

Prepare physically, mentally and emotionally by train through pregnancy safely and confidently. Pregnancy doesn’t mean stopping. It means adapting.

Our pregnancy program focuses on:

  • Maintaining strength

  • Managing pressure and breath

  • Supporting pelvic floor function

  • Reducing common aches and pains

  • Preparing your body for birth

Every session is modified to your stage, symptoms, and experience level.

This is smart training — not fear-based restriction.

POST-PARTUM

Rebuild With Purpose. Postpartum recovery is not about “getting your body back.”

It’s about rebuilding strength, stability and confidence while integrating the new version of you — step by step.

We focus on:

  • Core and pelvic floor integration

  • Gradual strength progression

  • Symptom-guided loading

  • Scar care education (C-section or perineal)

  • Returning to running and higher impact safely

You won’t be thrown into burpees on week one.

We rebuild foundations properly.

Nestle Foundations Assessment

Before joining Semi-Private Training, every member completes a comprehensive 1-on-1 Female-Specific Assessment so we can design a program tailored specifically to you.

During this 60-minute session we assess your strength, mobility, pelvic floor function, core control, training readiness, injury history and personal goals.

From there, we build a clear and personalised training plan that supports your body, your stage of motherhood, and the outcomes you want from training.

This ensures your program is safe, progressive and built around you — not just another generic workout.

We highly recommend it for the group training as well to ensure we have an in depth understanding of how best to support you in sessions and any issues we can address.

Semi-Private PT

Highly individualised. Small numbers. Maximum attention.

Semi-private training is ideal for women who want:

  • A more personalised approach

  • Specific pelvic floor or core considerations

  • Higher performance goals

  • A structured return to training

  • Accountability and coaching depth

How It Works

  • 3–6 women per session

  • 8-weeks of Individualised programming within a coached session

  • Progressions tailored to your stage (pregnancy, early postpartum, long-term rebuild)

  • Close coaching on technique, breath and load management

This isn’t circuit training. Each woman follows her own structured program — with hands-on coaching throughout.

Group Training

Our group training sessions are designed specifically for women who want high-quality strength training in a motivating environment.

How it works

10 week blocks of fun group sessions focus on:

  • Getting proper coaching, not just cheerleading

  • A structured strength program (not random workouts). We build confidence and capability to lift and move with increasing intensity to regain strength & muscle mass

  • Building ability to run, jump and move with freedom

  • Targeted Core & Pelvic Floor integration

  • Intelligent Conditioning that leaves you feeling empowered for the day, not dead on the floor.

You’ll work hard — but safely.
